Title: Raspberries too old?
Post by: brew on July 20, 2015, 05:38:59 PM
So I bought some raspberries from Costco last week, was going to add them to the secondary tonight but they are just beginning to get moldy. I'm assuming this is way bad and I shouldn't add them in?

I don't think I'd add them... If you do make sure you pasteurize them first.
