Wheat

I have over a half bag of Canadian Wheat Malt. I'm assuming this is malted wheat from the name. If a recipe calls for unmalted wheat, is it available to us?
Which one is more common? This is the only stuff I've ever used, so just curious.

Yeah that's malted.
Unmalted wheat would be flour. I don't think we have a source for this right now.

I'm pretty sure toasted wheat is what you're looking for Jake. It's un-malted.

acutally it's something I will need too sometime this summer for a couple of recipes. Needs to be unmalted unroasted. My friend have a farm and they grow some and will use theirs most likely. Some use pasta but I'm not so sure about that one
