Had a bunch of family down this weekend and had turkey done up on the smoker. It did last long!!!

Fucking right! Smoked turkey is the way to go. Did you brine it? I brine my for 16hrs first, takes it to "a whole utha level"!!

I did brine it for about 12 hrs. We will never cook a turkey any other way.
