Good pump for CIP using spray ball?
« on: October 15, 2015, 09:05:02 PM »
Right now I use a 1/6th HP sump pump to power my CIP needs for my 30gal pots, 27gal conical fermenter, Corny kegs, and various odds and ends. Its okay, but takes quite a while and is inelegant (messy, moist, and aromatic). It is also not enough power to run the spray ball to its fullest.

I'm looking for recommendations on a pump that has the following:
- good for running spray ball
- okay with very hot water
- okay with PBW and Starsan
- has an "in" and an "out" pipe connection rather than a sump intake

This partly to save water, but mainly because I have very little free time and do not want to spend it cleaning the beer machine.
