Cooler Bulkhead for Thermometer

I just got one last week and used it last night for the first time.  works great.  if you install it below the water like, you'll need to keep your thermometer in until the mash tun is drained or else it will leak.

worth the price.  you can easily keep track of the mash temp.

You can also waterproof a standard kitchen wire/probe thermometer.
- Get some silicone aquarium air hose tubing at the pet shop (by the foot is pretty inexpensive).
- Thread the probe of the thermometer through.
- Seal it closed with a rubber o-ring.
