Loving these cheaper/larger SS vessels; will likely upgrade soon for 15-gal batches.

Are you going electric?

I already am both electric and gas (stovetop / propane) - which I use is largely a function of my wanting to be outside or not. I'm leaning towards electric now, purely for reasons of laziness (set up, walk away with the right controller). Gas always seemed a little harder to control for me, but yrmv.
