Chugger pump

So, when the power supply for my greatbreweh.ca pump went for the second time, I ordered a SS Chugger from HopDawgs.ca.  It arrived today, and I tested it out with my whirlpool arm.  What a difference.  The little DC pump can't even begin to compare.  I can't wait to try it out on Thursday when I brew my competition entry.

Now, I just have to build a box for it.

I would have ordered from EverwoodAve, despite it being $20 more expensive, but it was out of stock.  HopDawgs was the cheapest price I could find in Canada.

Nothing is ever cheap.  Today, I spent ~ $60 on parts for the box. It's just about finished, and it works great!  There is absolutely no comparison with the greatbreweh pump.  This is much more powerful.

I'll post pics when I'm done, and I'll have it with me at the Mash Occur.
