CO2 Tanks
« on: July 21, 2015, 01:47:32 PM »
Just stopped in to get a CO2 fill at Atlantic Fire and Safety in the industrial park ($29 after tax for 5lbs).

I was asking them about CO2 tanks, and they have a few in stock. They come full of CO2, new valve and new hydro test.

5lb for $101, they have 1
10lb for $121(?), they have 3
15lb for $131, they have 1
20lb for $141, they don't have any

Those are pretty good prices for anyone in the market. I'm tempted to get a 10 or 15 pounder to cut back on trips to the CO2 store. For anyone new to CO2, a 5lb tank usually carbs and serves about 10-11 kegs for me.

Thanks Jordan! I am actually looking to get a 10lb tank.

Glen Kennedy was supposed to have one ready for me last Friday. Then he said today. Now he's saying Friday again.  If it's not ready then I'll have to go to Atlantic fire and safety.

So Glen ordered the wrong valve for the 10lb tanks. He did have a couple of 20lb tanks. So I bought one of those. $100 filled, tax included.
