I am having a hard time buying a corni keg for my keg fridge. Brew has been kind enough to lend me one of his until I do. Can anyone recommend the best place to buy one from a vendor? Noble grape sells pressure tested ones for 59.99 plus tax. Is that my best option?

That seems to be the going rate these days. You need Pin-Lock, right? Kegconnection.com sells them for $49.99 with a max of 4. $7.95 shipping to Maine. http://stores.kegconnection.com/Categories.bok?category=*Kegs%3A5+Gallon+Kegs%3APin+Lock
OBK sells them 2 for $129.99 + tax + shipping.
Pin-Lock are even harder to come by than Ball-Lock. If you can get to Houlton, I'd go the Kegconnection.com route.

I do get to Houlton at times. I need ball lock (pepsi) so wil try the kegconnection route. Should be heading to Maine for a camping trip in the next month or so

Wow. Just checked the site and the ball lock are $20 more than the pin lock. Again, maybe noble grape is the ay to go.

yeah, a couple of years ago, we were buying enormous amounts of them for the club at $20... but those days are done. The supply has been liquidated, and the only remaining sources are homebrewers who are unlikely to give them up (as they need them), and retail outlets. Another option is to keep your eye on the scrap yards as they occasionally pop up there.
