try Best Metals and Happy Harry's scrap yards. They also tend to have scrap dairy equipment that achieves much the same function, but its bigger too!

There should be a few that are part of a bulk purchase we did a while back.
A few 20 litre ones and a few 15ish gallon ones left still. I think they are slightly smaller than the full 15.5. Fakr bought a couple, he'll know how big they are. I'll try and find the spreadsheet and let you know for sure what is available.

Just found the thread, they are 52 litre and 19 litre, should be 3 of each there still, but I think I'm going to keep the 19 litre ones.

Not entirely sure if the accounting is correct here - I'd expect three of those things to be a little more obvious, but the place is a mess right now. I'll try to have a look later today or tomorrow.
