250g crystal 60 5%
200g carafoam 4%
150g choc malt 3%
150g roast barley 3%

hops  60 min 10 g of chinook and columbus
10 min 28g each cascade and golding
than 18 g each chinook and columbus made a hop tea with 3 cups water.

mashed at 153 for 60 min batch sparged at 170 for 15 min

pre boil SG 1051  batch size was 21 L
