14# Canadian 2-Row Malt
1# Vienna Malt
1# Weyermann CaraFoamŪ
0.65 oz Galena (Pellets, 11 %AA) boiled 60 min
1 oz Cascade (Pellets, 6.4 %AA) boiled 15 min
1 oz   Fuggle (Pellets, 5.8 %AA) boiled 5 min
Yeast: US 05 with spunding valve
