I put on a Koelsch yesterday and took a sample directly from the smack pack.  Its currently pop'in away in a bottle with air lock.

Thomas, would you have any time this week to do slants as it sounds like there are a few people looking for this.

I can slant them anytime, and they take about 7-14 days to grow once slanted. If theres any low level contamination i will need to streak purify them first, which takes 7-14 days per plate. Do you want to drop it off to me or should I come pick it up? Im exited to get this one into the culture collection since I have a lot of koelsh recipes to try.
