Title: Yet another New Maryland brewer.
Post by: Gemmell on May 31, 2017, 09:30:03 PM
Howdy folks. I thought I would get off my butt and introduce myself. As the title suggests, I am in New Maryland. I've been brewing on and off, mostly on, for the past 8/9 years. I've mostly been doing larger batches as mini/partial mashes with some all grain 1 gallon batched. My current challenge is crafting recipes. I've been meaning to come on here and go to meetings as well when my schedule clears up near the end of this month.

Welcome Rob! I'm also in New Maryland. Feel free to come to a meeting any time. Best way to sample new beer, get feedback and info.

Thanks for the reply folks. So far I've been looking at some recipes online and formulating them on a pre-made spreadsheet. The main recipe I've been interested in attempting is a Red Double IPA, but I have other recipes as well.

I've got my dues in, now I just need to make sure I am available for the next meeting. Cheers.
