I need a couple of volunteers to help sit down with me and figure out some wiki entries that don't throw around technical terms like they're pivotal to success. Practice rather than theory.
I'm gonna suggest that one night next week we get some people together and write some wiki entries. Anyone in?

we can start tomorrow ......

This may be a stupid question, but can this be done while drinking beer? If so, count me in

well that's what I'm gettin at Jake ....
-
Aww hell yeah.

I'm in. Actually, I started writing an little instruction manual yesterday for a non geek friend. Making beer can be as easy or complicated as you want to make it. Let's bridge the gap ;-)
-
Damn right; I've come to realise lately that the complicated stuff is little more than verbal diarrhea to most.
-
keeping it within the 'KISS' guidlines? ;)
-
Jmac are you busy tomorrow night? I just sent you a PM
-
More KIS than KISS; I got plenty respect for all of y'all ;)

I wrote a non-technical all grain basics thing a while ago, I'll try to find it. Of course, I'm moving, so no promises.
