A lot of people seem to use oxy clean but in my experience with it, i end up having to scrub to get caked yeast off of things.
I've always stuck with the powdered pink stuff you get at most brew stores. It eats through anything, no scrubbing required. You're not supposed to let stainless soak in chlorine based cleaners but i don't fInd i have to let stainless soak in the pink stuff to get the grime off.
Just bought a 1lb of PBW just to try. Have t tried it yet...you like it?
