I picked 4 on the hoppy scale and got this:

hoppy porter maybe  :rock:
sophisticated person - definitely not.
loves beer that is rich in flavor - hell yes.
bit of class - maybe a little, a good beer deserves a proper glass to drink from right?
OK sipping on a few beers in a night sounds right
