Completed first brew on the new system Friday. What a long night. Started at 8pm and finished at 3am.  :o
Did an Irish red for simplicity purposes. A few issues adjusting PIDS. I had an issue with my HLT pid not turning off element. Need to fix this issue before next batch. Huge learning curve for me. All in all, still cool!!

That's all part of the fun :)

Except the 3am stuff, lol. I'm not a huge fan of brewing late in the day.
