I've looked into these before but couldn't justify the cost. A freezer/fridge with an inkbird is more versatile and cheaper in many cases (used appliance). If space is a concern, these should do the trick. The principle of how the unit sucks the heat out of the wort is pretty neat.

The idea is cool but the price is just way too high. I do hate how my ferm chamber fridge takes up a lot of space but I probably have less than $30 into it.

At $299 American these are not cheap. I guess I'm looking at it vs a conical fermentor with temperature control.

With the 10 cu ft freezers going on sale for about $320CDN new, not really worth it
