Everything looks great man. The only criticism I have is the electrical box on the outside of the pot. From a safety standpoint it's not water tight. I use these http://m.homedepot.com/p/Greenfield-1-Gang-Weatherproof-Electrical-Outlet-Box-with-Three-1-2-in-Holes-White-B23WS/202188612
If you have a boil over or spill a bit of water on the box it could very likely short out.
Check out this site for a detailed description on how to build the element assembly. http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/heating-elements?page=5
Good luck man!
