Beer Line Stratification
« on: September 21, 2016, 04:58:42 PM »
I was wondering if anyone else has come across this issue. It usually happens to me right after I've tinkererd with the regulator and keg to fill a bottle or growler. The beer line starts filling with CO2 after that and I get foamy pours, it's a major PITA to fix. Anyone have this happen and have a fix?

I was having a very similar issue. I recently upgraded my regulator to the zinc bonnet taprite from OBK and its made a world of difference. I have a feeling that there was a problem with my original regulator for years and I just didn't know any better because it was my first.

Interesting. I'm actually about to order a new regulator. Good timing.

That's the one. I've only had it a few weeks but it's been working good so far.

Did you have to buy a regulator knob as well?

You should be able to turn that bolt with a quarter pretty easily
