Having tried JQ's very tasty mead, I'm going to give mead-making another go. Where is good to get quality ingredients?

If your looking for good quality local I'd try the market. But you cant go wrong with the quality and prices at Costco.

Coburns makes apple cider out in Keswick Ridge. Not sure if you could get a bulk price but they do offer pasteurized if needed.

They sell 20L at the market for around 25 bucks if I remember correctly. you pay 35 and get a 10 dollar refund when you return the water cooler bottle
