My place; 2pm tomorrow (Saturday 5th Feb).

Will PM exact details later tonight (it's in Marysville)

I'll be making some food (pie) for people, to be ready for about 4pm.

Thomas: assuming I can use it to innoculate a starter, and it's ok being kept in my fridge for a few days, then absolutely yes please :)

Primary: air.
Bulk Aging: Silence of the Lambics (Pitched 13/05/2012).

Im still in need of a ride if anyone is on the northside !!!

Yep, the slants can be used to inoculate a starter, but you will have to step your starter up. That is,  inoculate a 250 ml starter first using the slant,
then pour that into a 1000 ml starter before pitching. The slants are fine to be kept in your fridge for a few months before loosing viability.

Dave, I can pick you up on the way over if you would like.

Dave Savoie

Cool thanks Thomas Im going to try to brew first thing tomorrow morning then you can use my Pot if you would like and once I get a High heat silicon washer for my kettle you can keep mine

Dave: remember how you said every time you brew it takes longer than you thought? :P

(by my calculation, we took 7 hours the other day, so you'd need to start brewing at 7am to be here for 2pm)

Hey Kyle, it would appear the 16 bus that runs by the Hospital also runs right by "the" place.  :)

Hi Guys,

I won't be able to attend the meeting tomorrow.  I got a nasty cold, and I don't want to give it to you!!

I hope you have a great meeting!

Trish

Richard

Good times had by all :P

Also I've been thinking -- we should probably split meetings into "business" and "pleasure" -- the former for discussion of matters regarding the club and e.g. teaching, demonstrations, etc; the latter food + tasting + drinking (note I separate those last two :P). What do people think?

I figure they could alternate weeks... i.e. in a week's time we should have a "business" meeting.

Not saying people can't drink or whatever, but we should have agenda, minutes (published), etc...
