anyone know what is the white stuff ? its hard to take off..

My guess would be pbw residue? How well do you rinse? How long do you soak?

I've never seen pbw leaving a residue. It could be "beer stone". I would try scrbbing it with Bar Keepers Freind otherwise you might need to use a stronger acid or caustic.

I have had that I let it soak with pbw over night and it cleans it up

hot water doesn't work and i already use pbw over couple days.

I will try scrubbing tomorrow.

I use hot water and oxyclean, never had an issue yet.

I soak with PWB 4 days, and i retry again 2 days ago.
I still have the same result even after a good rise with hot water.

Try the CLR cleaner, that should work.
