Very good write up on the Brett Pale Ale, Rob.

You just cost my employer about 30 minutes of productivity, haha  :cheers:

That was a good read. I like your point about the mistakes making you a better brewer, because it's true.

What's your process for keg hopping? I did it for the first time on the weekend with a multi layer cheesecloth sack. Just waiting for the keg to resettle now but I'm thinking of upgrading to a voile sack or tea strainer ball.

I go ghetto. Weighted muslin bag, tied to the outside with dental floss.  8) If you go tea strainer know that you may need more than one, the last thing you want it to have to pack your hops in tightly and not have them utilized.
