Yeah, I could have used some professional assistance in there for sure.  I think I made a few good choices though.  :)

Now that I'm back in Germany, I can begin my Hefe Weizen research for real.  This was a local Hefeweizen currently in Lauenforde, about half way from Amsterdam to Berlin.  It was quite good, but I also enjoyed the Altbier here, with no photos.
on tap: IPA
fermenting: Roseway Red, Rye IPA, Tripel, Flanders Red, Sour #1
Cellar: Roseway Red, IPA, Brett IPA, Orval Clone, Brett Red, Rye IPA, Grapefruit PA

I hate you a little as well, and will be contacting you for addresses and such prior to going to Germany again lol... Which Westvleteren beer is that, and how many did you buy?

Edit to add: I did some digging, and know the answer to my first question now... more jealous than before.
