Hi All,
'
I am going to try a 13 gallon batch of stout based on Kyle's tried and true recipe.  I do not have any wheat malt but I do have a lot of dry wheat extract from when I made a witbier.  I have read a bit about substituting and know it is not a straight pound for pound swap.  The scaled up recipe calls for 2 lb 5 oz of malt Wheat.  Does anyone have any input on the equivelant amount of dry wheat extract I would need?  :frazzled:
