Not sure if I posted this link before, but this company out of california makes and sells oak barrels for cheap.  Anything from 1L ($32.95) to 20L ($137.95) barrels.

Very good deal, with free shipping on orders over $150.  I see a group purchase in the future....

btw, they come with plugs, spigots, and stands...
