Hi All,

I am looking to purchase 2 x 15.5 gallons kegs; one for a mash tun and the other for a boiling kettle. If you have something please shoot me PM with a price. If you have the skills to cut holes in tops that would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Kyle

I'd reccomend checking with Happy Harry's and Best Metals in Fredericton.

Apologies if this seems patronising, but isn't that going to lead to a black-mould-splosion? You got good ventilation and a dehumidifer down there?

(My criticism to mask my jealousy :P)

The hood vent hasn't been installed yet ... I'm in the middle of the building right now.

I went in for Keg and came out with these. There was only 1 really banged up keg.

Quote from: "pliny"Hey Bill, are you electric?

Yes, I'm going with an electric brew kettle and natural gas fired hot water on demand system. Everything will be finished by the end of July.

So my wife and her Goodlife crew went to town while I was away and drank the rest of our beer ... So today I thought I would attempt to do my first 20 Gallon batch.

30lbs Wheat
10lbs 7oz 2-row

5 oz Hal @ 60mins
5 oz Hal @ 15mins
2 oz Hal @ 0mins

Boiling with 5500w 240V element - http://youtu.be/daFehY4J1Z8

Into the fermenters ...

Still lots to be done in the brewing area to make the process move smoother but from start to finish it took 7 hours (without cleaning ...).
