So, um... this is my amber...

It's almost fully carbed (Monday is it's last conditioning day), and it's so good I'm having trouble keeping out of it before it's done. I had 57 bottles of amber, and 4 have disappeared... leaving me 53. I may be forced to reduce that to 52 tonight ;)...

As you can see, the color is spot on, it's crystal freaking clear... and it's tasty... very, very tasty.

I'll bring about 4 to Brew meet... the stouts are still far too hot to drink. Very very alcoholy... thinking it'll take some time before they even out *sigh*... shame I was looking forward to having some of it ;)... But eh, the ambers will have to do.
