After the success (and subsequent complete annihilation of the entire stock within a month) of the mead I made with the NG kit (http://www.noblegrape.ca/wine/highland_mead.asp), I'm planning a Melomel with strawberries. Does anyone know where I can find strawberry puree? A quick look out the window suggests that fresh is out of the question...

Failing this I'm going to go with the flavourings Dave found.

You can order the following from Noble Grape

Red Raspberry puree 1.39kg $18.99

Before going with the J.D. Carlson brand of fruit flavor, I'd try something else. I haven't been too impressed with them.

Sobey's has packs of pure frozen strawberries, 600grams for about 4 dollars.

Forgot to mention, avoid the "our compliments" generic brand, its not very good in the case of the strawberries.
