Pretty ballsy giving up the crown jewels of your business. But then I wouldn't expect anything less from those 2

Very Interesting. Some number surprised me ... For Dead Pony Club, Mash 144F for 75 Mins and FG is 1.012 (OG is 1.040). PH also 4.4.

Really cool seeing all these.

That is surprising! Such a high OG after mashing so low.
