Fiddlehead & Shrimp Coconut Curry

2 Cups Fresh Fiddleheads
2 Cups Baby shrimp
1 Onion diced
1 Can coconut milk
3 Tablespoons Indian Masala  (PC Brand)
1 Tsp Curry Paste
2 tsp flour
1 Diced Tomato
Juice of half lemon

Saute onions untill tender to form a paste add in diced tomato continue untill soft and paste
Add Indian Masala and Curry paste stir until blended add in Coconut milk stir until blended
Add in Fiddleheads bring to boil reduce to simmer for 5-7 Min add Shrimp
Simmer for 3-5 Min by now sauce shouldbe reduced serve over Basmati Rice
