Hi All,

I am brewing a pale ale on Wednesday and am need for some hope.  I need 11 oz of cascade and 5 oz of GalAxy (14.5%).  Leaf preferred but will do pellet.  Galaxy seems hard to find, Aussie hop with passion fruit and citris aroma.  Not sure what to replace it with. If I cannot find any, suggestions for what other use to dry hop a pale ale would be appreciated.

Can't help with the Cascade.  I'm running pretty low myself.  But, you may see if you can find Palisade.  I think you get some passionfruit from that...but that might only be in combination with Cascade, so...

Anyway, that's a difficult one to find too.  JQ might be able to help you out.

Palisade is thin on the ground - it wasn't in the line-up this year when I was trying to buy lbs. My favourite hop by quite some way.
