Hey Everyone,

Looking to get some opinions here. Im considering getting an induction burner ... Likely this one ...

Ive read online that some people actually use this burner for 10 gallon batches - Do you think this is do-able?

Also I will need a induction compatible kettle - any suggestions? So far been leaning towards this ...

Try a magnet on your existing kettle, depending on the alloy, it might work.

I think pliny has some experience with these burners.

Yeah my existing kettle isnt magnetic. Im liking the reviews on the "tall boy" from northern brewer so will probably go with that.

Ive been talking with Pliny also. I think this is something ill go ahead with very soon. If it doesnt work for 10 gallon batches I can always do the odd 10 gal batch on propane.

I am making a 1 - 2 gallon system and I am looking at using an induction setup, I found a 300 - 1800 W Salton unit at Costco for 59.99.
