Sounds interesting. Just remember we can't provide samples per the Liquor Control Act. We are also approaching the membership cap we put in the Charter to keep the group size manageable for orders and meetings. What say you exec... sound like a plan? How many dues-paid members do we have this fiscal year?

Even if we can't obtain new members, I think it's in line with the doctrine of the club; to educate and inform - our reputation is valuable.

We have 29 dues-paid members with a couple of stragglers still to come.

I agree with Richard though.  We have a limit on membership purely because of logistics constraints.  If we figure out how to overcome those, we could easily increase membership.  I say go for it.

Definitely go for it - educating about beer is nothing but a good thing...

You're gonna need a propane rig, which means an outdoors stand. How much is it to get one?

Hey Dave, if you want gear I may be able to loan it to you, since I'll be away for the next year.  I have offered the gear to someone from work who I'm introducing to brewing, but if he isn't interested you're welcome to my setup for the year.
