Oxygen stones

So I'm thinking of getting one of these and I saw at the MO someone was using a tank of Bernzomatic oxygen in order to oxygenate their wort (in Fhilo's pictures). What would I have to buy and where can I acquire it if I wish to do the same?

I'd like to start doing starters, liquid yeasts, and severely reduce my lag times.

That was my setup. I bought the reg and stone on ebay.

Yeah, I don't ebay, was wondering what the parts required are so I can source them.

That's all there is to them. OBK sells the stones. The regulators are easy enough to find online.
