Ingredients:
8.0 lb 2-Row Brewers Malt
10.0 oz Vienna Malt
9.0 oz Crystal Malt 40°L
1.0 oz Czech Saaz (5.0%) - added during boil, boiled 60 m
1.0 oz US Saaz (5.0%) - added during boil, boiled 5 m
1.0 ea WYeast 1187 Ringwood Ale™

Results generated by BeerTools Pro 1.5.20

Of the 3gal of strike water I used 2gal of RO water.  

This was real light in taste with a nice crisp bitterness.  Great for BMC drinkers.  The guy i made it for preferred this over the picarrons Simeon Jones keg he had.
