BeerTools Pro

Anyone here use BeerTools Pro? I downloaded the trial version and have been playing around with it, but its pretty difficult to figure out. The user guide isn't much use when trying to figure a lot of things out. I need to get some brewing software, and BTP is the only thing available for a mac.

I've never used BTP, but if you're looking for much more than typical recipe calculations, BeerSmith is a good option.

If you're ever curious, try downloading the trial version and playing with it. There's a lot it can do.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work on Macs.

You could Dual boot and install windows on your MAC for specific situations like this here is a link on how to do so

For running windows code on OSX, try Wine:

I use it to run various windows apps (pokerstars + some others) on a linux laptop.

I use the trial version of beer tools, and I quite like it. I can show you the run about at the next meeting, Dave knows it as well.

I use Pro Mash fairly regularly.  I found it was a little less confusing than BeerTools.
