Grain to glass in 9 days 6.5% american stout hopped with simcoe stunning that is all !!!

did you use a spunding valve?

nope had a good hard fermentation was finished at day 4 well no airlock activity and kegged at day 7 30 PSI 48 hours tapped this evening
