As I was dumping out my last 8 bottles of Raspberry Ale (next time use fresh berries VC Extract) I came across this bottle that hadnt carbonated hmm I though Ill pour this in a glass and to my delight it was a 500 ML of Richards mead it has aged very very very well !!!!

Bulk Aging: Silence of the Lambics (Pitched 13/05/2012).
Owed: JQ LSA x 1, Kyle Stout x 1 & IPA x 1.
