That's why I always use a blowoff tube for the first 4-5 days

1056?  That yeast is a beast.

1056 is correct.

Plastered both the wall and the ceiling ... probably the only time I have not used a blowoff tube that I can remember. And get this, Catherine cleaned it up while I slept upstairs ... this is why I put a ring on her finger. So nothing chunky, but visibly stained.

I'll take some pics and post later on.
