So I brewed a batch last week to make a sour, but it didn't come to pass so I pitched it with T-58. Fast forward to this week... I made a batch to pitch both T-58 and Orval dregs. I drank the Orval (yum) and went to the basement to pitch the T-58 + Orval... pitched in the plastic carboy (must have been half asleep), then realized I had pitched them into last weeks batch that had finished primary ferment

So I went out last night to get another bottle (2 actually) to pitch T-58 and Orval in the new batch (thanks Kyle).

I guess I'll just rack the double pitched batch into a seconary (after yeast flocs) and let the Orval do it's thing. It was down to 1.010, so I guess the Brett will have something to munch on.
