New brewer born

On Saturday, July 14th at 11:24, future master brewer Sophia Catherine Craig was born. Mom and baby are happy and healthy, and we are all home enjoying some much deserved time off.

Yeah, I had a heck of a time getting my kids off the Belgian in into the Hoppy Porters...
