OK, regarding expansion, I have a brewing buddy attending UNB doing Law who didn't know anything about the existance of this club. I sent him the URL so he can see what you are about.
Hopefully he will join and become a full fledged member and contribute to your/our club.

Kyle

Thanks Tony, visibility remains a problem. Maybe its time for another Kijiji / UNB newspaper publicity thing

Once we get into an organized pattern for conducting meeting business, we will have a standardized format, with an agenda that will be drawn up before the meeting that will include any business that members mention in the meeting thread on the forum they would like to discuss.

Roberts Rules of Order are a tad formal and soul-less, but something of the like will insure that we actually get stuff done. After the business is dealt with, then we can relax with great food, beer, and company.

The upcoming meeting will be the begining of this transition.

Alright, everyone, read RRO before the next meeting:

http://www.robertsrules.org/

But... Think of it as a guideline rather than set in stone. I am (or have been) on various committees where people take this way too seriously and it gets a bit silly.
