1/2 cup heavy cream
250g Semi sweet chocolate chopped up
4 Tablespoons of your fav stout

Set up a double boiler ( stainless steel bowl over top of a pot of boiling water)
Put cream & stout into the stainless steel bowl heat untill its hot to the touch
add in chocolate 1/4 at a time wisk until melted continue untill all chocolate has been added
remove from heat and place in the fridge for roughly 3 hours

get a small bowl with Cocoa powder

with a melon baller or spoon scoop out roughly 1 Teaspoon of the hardened chocolate mixture and between very cold hands form to a ball rolling untill the surface of the ball becomes slightly melted then drop it into the Cocoa powder roll around and place on plate or somethign to set in the fridge continue this process untill all the chocolate mixture has been used you may have to set the mixture back into the fridge a few times to finish the process and also every few balls run your hands in very cold water it will make things go much easier.
