Literally means "Spinach and Potatoes", tis an Indian dish.

* One bag baby spinach.
* Two-three large potatoes.
* Indian Masala (the spice stuff).
* One clove garlic.
* Half an onion.
* Olive oil.

Chop potatoes into one inch cubes. Boil potatoes for about seven minutes - not fully cooked. Add olive oil to frying pan, and fry potato cubes until they start to brown, throwing in some indian masala along the way. Very finely chop garlic, and finely dice onion, and add to potatos, browning also. Dump in fistfuls of spinach to frying pan and stir in (will pretty much immediately start to wilt, so you can add more). Add some more olive oil and indian masala. Fry for a while longer (do not let spinach burn), maybe 5 minutes. Total frying time is probably 15 minutes; I use medium-high heat.
