Refreshing the drinkin stock... slightly higher abv than kiss

9.00 pounds    American Pale Malt (2-Row)
0.50 pounds    Crystal Malt 40
1.00 pounds    American Vienna Malt

0.5 oz Cascade @ 60min
0.5 oz Fuggle @ 15 min
1 tab whirlfloc @ 15 min
0.5 oz Fuggle @ 1 min

Mash @ 153F 1hr
Mash out 168 15 min

Yeast: US-05 (no time for a 1056 slant - these packets are handy!)
