0.5 lbs Coffee Malt; Castle Malting
0.5 lbs American Caramel 60°L
0.75 lbs Roasted Barley
0.5 lbs American Black Patent
1.5 lbs Barley Flaked
1.35 oz Goldings (Pellets, 5.00 %AA) boiled 60 min.
1 oz Goldings (Pellets, 5.00 %AA) boiled 1 min.
Yeast : Fermentis US-05 Safale US-05

Original Gravity 1.042
Terminal Gravity 1.009
Color 30.33 °SRM
Bitterness 36.6 IBU
Alcohol (%volume) 4.4 %

I'll also submit my stout for the competition if it's ready. So for that category, some one else should judge... Richard??

im thinking if we get enough people entering a stout Ill see if the owner of Garrison Ale house would like to come have some beers and be the judge

I can judge, my stout'll be gone by the time this comes around... correct me if I'm wrong, but:
1. Wasn't the competition summer ale?
2. Wasn't the recipe meant to be kept supasekrit until after the competition?

NO this is for future competition not the summer Ale one Id say the Stout one should be for the end of AUG or mid Sept meeting
