1lb crystal 110 (40L)
1lb wheat malt
8oz Roast Barley

2oz Northern Brewer @ 60.
1oz Cascade @ 15.
1oz Fuggles @ Flameout.

6 Gallon Batch.

Safale S-05.

OG: 1.065 (Measured)

Note: don't underestimate Roasted Barley for color (and flavour) contribution. This one came out looking like a brown ale...

Not entirely sure, but was this the delicious black IPA that you had at a recent meeting? If not, have you posted that recipe?

Nah this is something I brewed last Friday. The Black IPA (eventually we decided it was really a hoppy porter) is here:
